- Age from 26 years old or older with the good health;

- Graduated University or higher for Finance, Accounting and Auditing speciality;

- At leases 3 years working experience in Tax consultancy or Accounting or Auditing if you have been a team leader in a big company. At leases 5 years working if you haven’t team leader.

- Excellent English and Swahilli all of four skills heard, spoken, read and writen;

- Have logically thinking, agile and comprehensive vision;

- Hard working, carefully and meticulous;

- The candidates must to have the desire to work in the long time under high pressure to complete assigned tasks;

- The candidates will work in a dynamic environment with the competition salary;
